On Going Web Scams

I have been approach twice in a matter of days of scams, I type both into Google Search, both have been on going for years, but have not been stopped. Both we done through Facebook, this is the first;

i was very happy to receive your reply to my mail ,I believe that you are doing well and also in a good  health ? i am sorry if i just walked into your privacy but its because of some difficulties that i am passing through here , My full Name Is  Sonia koneh, i am from Liberia  , 5.7ft  tall, Brown in complexion, (23 years old)am single  and  never married before and presently i am residing in the refugee camp here in Dakar Senegal as a result of the civil war that was fought in my country.My late father Dr.Oliver Koneh was the managing director of a rubber industry and he was the personal adviser to the former head of state  before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my mother and my father in cold blood. I want to go back to my studies after here  because i only attended my Second year in the university before the tragic incident that lead to my been in this situation now took place. Listen to this i have my late father’s deposit of account and death certificate here with me which i will send to you latter, because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as the next of kin,the amount in question is $2.3M (two Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars).
So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. I kept this secret to people in this camp here because i am afraid to loose this money if they gets to know about it. So, in the light of above i will like you to keep it to yourself and don’t tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it.i will be waiting for you to know your desire to help me in achieving this plans for a better life. i will be  waiting to hear from you

We posted it on google because people uses this media to steal from us by claiming someones winnings and its because of winners telling there spouse close ones and third party.

well everything you have stated is identical to what is said as a SCAM
So I suppose you will delete the account of Osteen Teresa Smith and start under another name, tell me how many time do you have re-route communication so as not to be traced?
